Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
865 Works is committed to providing a website that is usable by people with a broad range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. We design and test the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the target standard.
Measures included in this website
The website includes semantic headings and landmarks, visible labels for form controls, keyboard-operable navigation, skip links, visible focus treatment, reduced-motion support, responsive reflow, descriptive link text, status messages, and minimum touch-target rules for principal controls.
Ongoing testing
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification. Automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive testing, and manual review are included in the release process. Physical-device and screen-reader testing are performed as production acceptance activities and any confirmed defect is prioritized according to its impact.
Known limitations
Third-party scheduling or email services opened from this website may have accessibility behavior controlled by their providers. 865 Works does not claim that every third-party interface conforms to the same standard, but will provide an alternative contact path when practical.
Request assistance or report a problem
To request information in another format or report an accessibility problem, email archer@865works.com. Include the page address, the task you were attempting, and the browser or assistive technology involved when possible. We will review the issue and respond directly.
